Benjie Paras takes on the role of a father who had to face a child abuse case after standing up for his children this Saturday (Dec 9) in “Ipaglaban Mo.”
Single father and tricycle driver Phil (Benjie) tried his best to provide for his two children, who never felt incomplete and deprived of love even without a mother.
Phil loved his children so much that when he saw his children getting picked on, he was unable to control himself and beat the bully. Moments later, he realized what he did and planned to ask for forgiveness.
However, the parents of the bully did not confront him and immediately filed a child abuse case against him.
