Sofia Andres recently responded to bashers who left negative comments on her social media accounts. Diego Loyzaga also jumped in and defended Sofia in the recent press conference for the Pusong Ligaw finale.
It seemed to start when she posted a photo of her in a swimwear which gained a lot of praises and negative comments.
Sofia responded with a tweet which said:
“i didn’t creat an account on instagram to show my tits and butt or show too much skin. there’s this anonymous who actually thinks i’m insecure and can’t be proud of my body. i love myself.”
During the said press conference, Sofia confirmed that she really tried not to react on the said issue but she couldn’t help it.
“Kasi naman, e. Tina-try ko po talaga na, sa mga artista, bawal ang pumatol. But kami, may feelings din kami, napipikon.”
Love team and rumored boyfriend also came to her defense.
“Hindi naman talaga maiiwasan, tao lang din naman kami. If you bash somebody, of course, the person is gonna react accordingly.”
Diego further continued:
“Eh, wala naman sa lugar yung mga sinabi, mga binato kay Sofia, so nag-lash out siya. As in lash out, she posted it on Twitter. Give us some space naman, you don’t bash people. Like, sinasabi na insecure daw siya. It’s not nice, she’s a woman.
Diego ended with:
“She’s a girl, respect naman.”
Reporters asked Sofia whether she still feels insecure given how beautiful she is.
Sofia replied with, “Yung tiyan ko, yung braso ko, wala po akong baba. Yung hips ko, malaki.”
Diego interrupted her and quipped: “Perfect ka the way you are.”
