Liza Soberano currently stars in ABS-CBN newest epicserye, Bagani. In a report from TV Patrol, she revealed how she prepared for her role in Bagani. She shared she had martial arts training and went to the gym regularly.
However, she admitted that sometimes she would forget to eat during long hours of taping.
In the said report, Liza shared her health and fitness secret on preparing for Bagani. However, she doesn’t advise people on forgetting to eat.
“We had wushu training. At the same time I was working out. I was going to the gym regularly so that helped also… And feeling ko sa taping din. Siyempre long hours. There are times na since you’re so busy, you forget to eat.”
Liza revealed that Ganda’s hair usually takes a long hour of preparation.
“Ang pinakamahirap lang yung braids, kasi maraming braids si Ganda. At least a good hour. For the hair alone.”
Liza also shared the message that she learned from Bagani.
“For me lahat tayo meron tayong little hero in ourselves. Even in the smallest ways. Kahit wala kang super powers in real life, you’re just a super hero by being good. By doing good to others.”
