Months ago, Alden and his trainer also focused on his endurance, flexibility, and strength. Building and defining his body also became a priority for his next project.
Alden also had patience in training and discipline outside the gym. If he needed to go on an out-of-town trip, he would go for a run.
Alden also remained on having a disciplined and balanced diet. Although he doesn’t have a strict diet, Alden should have everything in moderation. His trainer also advised him to take frequent meals slowly and in small amounts. Alden also has a knowledge of martial arts mainly, jiu-jitsu.
Alden also teamed up with Ex Battalion for Victor Magtanggol‘s original soundtrack, Superhero Mo. In an interview with GMA News, Ex Battalion members also revealed their reaction when manager, Aiai delas Alas, had told them about the said collaboration.
