Lilybeth G. Rasonable, a top executive at GMA network, cannot categorically deny nor confirm the rumors. Rasonable stated that she will speak once she gets a word from Regine herself.
Ogie Alcasid, Regine’s husband, is currently with ABS-CBN. Although the couple have different managers, it is undoubtedly good to see them work on the same network.
Nowadays, we mostly only hear Regine sing at concerts. It has been a while since Regine showcased her vocal pipes on television since GMA’s Sunday variety show SOP folded up several years ago.
Fans believe that it will be a big step up for Regine to sing on ABS-CBN’s ASAP and work together with other great Kapamilya singers.
