In its January 6 episode, Pinoy Big Brother Otso finally introduced its first adult Star Dreamers who will have a chance to become official housemates.
Along with it, the show pulled a crazy revelation for the two aspiring adult housemates.
The Star Dreamers introduced were:

- William “Yamyam” Gucong (25)
- Mitch Talao (29)
- Andre Brouillette (21)
- Lou Yanong (21)
- Fumiya Sankai (22)
- Apey (22)
- Mark (34)
Toni Gonzaga announced that Apey and Mark are siblings in real life.
The two Star Dreamers are still uninformed that they are siblings. They will soon enter Camp Star Hunt and see if blood is indeed thicker than water.

Meanwhile, the Big 4 of the first batch of teen housemates namely Jelay Pilones, Kaori Oinuma, Karina Bautista, and Lie Reposposa have left the Big Brother House to give way to a new batch of housemates.
