GMA Network’s musical drama series ‘Inagaw Na Bituin’ began airing on February 11 on GMA’s Afternoon Prime. The series replaced ‘Ika-5 Utos’ on its time slot, making ABS-CBN’s ‘Kadenang Ginto’ its rival show.
The Kapuso musical-drama series won by 0.1% on its pilot day in TV ratings based on the NUTAM ratings. Accordingly, ‘Inagaw Na Bituin’ earned 6.1% while ‘Kadenang Ginto’ had 6.0%.
However, on the March 27 ratings, coming from the two most reliable ratings providers, ‘Kadenang Ginto’ became the runaway winner with 11.8 points higher in Kantar Media and 3.9 points in NUTAM.

With this, some viewers weren’t happy about the rumors that their favorite afternoon series ‘Inagaw Na Bituin’ is bidding adieu, sooner than expected. With all the hype from the series lead star Kyline, it seems that the show is not well supported in terms of ratings. A controversial issue on the series noted that it will be cut-short to 10 more weeks.

This teleserye will be cast by Rocco Nacino and Sanya Lopez , together with Sandy Andolong, who at the same time is doing a sitcom with the Kapamilya Network.
