After being a judge on the reality show World Of Dance Philippines, what would be the next role for Maja Salvador?
Maja Salvador is not just a good dancer but also a great actress in the world of showbiz, that is why she was one of the choices to do the role Darna. Maja is pressured about it. Still, she’s happy that many appreciate her to be in that role but she is still not ready to answer now if she can do it, if given the chance.
“Ang pressure po kasi, ang laking pressure. Lalo na from Angel Locsin, tapos na-announce na na si Liza (Soberano). Nakakatuwa lang na ang daming may gusto, pero hindi ko kayang sagutin, kung tatangapin ko, kasi parang ang hirap po magsalita, dahil andon ako sa ang hirap sundan. Iba si Lily Cruz (laughs),” according to Maja.
She also felt the same way as other celebrities about Liza withdrawing from being Darna. She felt bad for Liza because she knows that Liza really wanted the role.
“Parang ayaw ko sabayan ‘yung ingay noon, doon sa pag withdraw niya as Darna. Kasi love ko yun e , respeto ko sa kanya. I’m sure masakit sa kanya, alam kong masakit sa kanya at alam kong gustung-gusto niya na gampanan ang Darna para sa mga fans niya, na maraming naghihintay,” Maja said.
“Pero may mga sitwasyon na hindi natin maipipilit, dahil kailangan muna natin unahin ang naging injury niya.”
