StarStruck is on the hunt to find the next ultimate survivor for its seventh season. One of the judges on the council is acclaimed actress Cherie Gil.
At the press conference of StarStruck, Cherie Gil said she hopes that everyone will appreciate true talent in the showbiz industry.
“I hope that at the end of the day, talent will still survive. That the audiences will appreciate the talent that should prevail in this industry.”
She also added that in order to last long in the industry, there should be love and passion for their work.
“It takes a lot of years and a lot of love for it.”
She also hopes that those who deserve to stay in the industry long are hard to find since a lot of artists are discovered almost every day.
“It’s hard to calibrate na rin kasi kung sino talaga ang dapat magtagal. Kung sino ang puwede maging artista at makapasok sa industriya.”
A lot of people are so excited that Cherie Gil is part of the Council and they are looking forward to the coming search.
