Alden Richards’ upcoming series The Gift promises to give hope, change, and inspiration.
In this series, Alden will play the role of Sep or Joseph, a handsome young guy raised in Divisoria who later becomes blind. Alden, together with some of the cast, immersed themselves in Divisoria. Alden, in particular, took extra sessions with Resources for the Blind Incorporated, a non-governmental organization helping visually impaired people.
Since The Gift is expected to air in few weeks, GMA Network released the official teaser of Alden’s comeback teleserye. The Gift will reportedly be replacing Love You Two in its timeslot.
When asked about what would be “the gift” he considers in life, Alden answered, “Opportunity na mapunta sa industriya at maka-inspire ng buhay. Ang sarap kasi puwede mo siyang gamitin for the common good, as well inspire people. Do projects, give them hope, make them happy.”
Other cast members of The Gift include Elizabeth Oropesa, Jean Garcia, Jo Berry, Rochelle Pangilinan, Martin del Rosario, and Mikee Quintos.
