Comedienne and Twitter rockstar Ethel Booba is on a roll again after revealing how some TV shows failed to pay her talent fee on time.
In a tweet on Sunday, September 22, the feisty and outspoken comedienne expressed how she gets discouraged from guesting on TV shows again because of her experience with talent fees.
She said one of the show hasn’t paid her yet for almost a year now and the other for more than five months. She even joked that she’ll just appear on Skype.
“Kaya nakakatamad na mag guest sa TV show kasi merong iba dyan mag almost 1 year na di pa ma-claim ang TF sunod meron ding more than 5 months na ata. Sa skype na lang talaga ako magshow C2C. Astig sa astig lang. Charot!” she tweeted.

Meanwhile, one netizen dared her to reveal the name of the show she was alluding to.

As candid as she is, Ethel named Kapamilya game show Minute To Win It as the show she was referring to.
“Minute To Win It. Ilang minutes ako nag-antay sa bangko wala pa din pala eh mag 1 year na. Charot!” Ethel replied.

That prompted the show’s host Luis Manzano to join the thread and promised Ethel to look into the matter.

Meanwhile, another netizen said he hoped Ethel was not referring to Gandang Gabi Vice where Ethel is also a frequent guest.

Meanwhile, someone asked why she’s attacking ABS-CBN now since she was a known defender of the network.
Ethel then clarified that she is not pertaining to the whole network but just a particular show. She even said that the talent fee issue also happened at another network and not just ABS-CBN.

Ethel also proudly shared about her newly acquired property in Boracay and a new car in response to a netizen who accused her of being penniless thus the twitter rant.
