Agot Isidro wants to lash out after ABS-CBN shutdown

Kapamilya actress Agot Isidro is obviously not okay with NTC’s decision towards her home network, ABS-CBN.

Agot Isidro expressed her frustration and wanted to lash out after ABS-CBN shut down due to NTC’s cease and desist order yesterday May 5, 2020, preventing the network to operate both television and radio stations.

In another post on her Twitter account, Agot teased that there would be someone in the Senate who will save ABS-CBN to act as the network’s hero.

Furthermore, the veteran Kapamilya actress also put all the blame on the House of Representatives since they had ample time to act upon ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal and yet they just waited for the network’s franchise to expire.

Yoohoooo, House of Representatives!

This is on you. You had all the time and opportunity. Huwag kayong feeling butthurt.

Will ABS-CBN finally be signing off for good? This is a question of many that will never get an answer until Congress acts on the 11 bills filed to renew ABS-CBN’s franchise/

As for now, Kapamilya stars can only express their opinions and frustrations through social media accounts.

Didn't Congress already allow operations to continue while the renewal was being reviewed….? And didn't Senate look into the case via a hearing and found everything in order..? https://t.co/vUyBcYSK3g

Regine Velasquez and Ria Atayde have changed their profile picture with an ABS-CBN photo to show support.

Angeli Valenciano and Juan Miguel Severino both questioned why POGOs were allowed to operate while ABS-CBN wasn’t.

Just wondering POGOS continue but ABSCBN was ordered to stop operations? Millions of fans of these artists &shows are locked down in their homes without WIFI depending on TV shows of their favorite celebrities to bring them joy. Abroad TFC brings home to the OFWs as well. So sad.

News Anchor Karen Davila questioned the government’s real motive in shutting down ABS-CBN despite the number of problems that need solutions during this trying time.
