On Instagram, Aiai Delas Alas proudly shared a picture of herself and her husband, Gerald, after completing their work out at their garage gym.

A netizen, @kim02dy immediately commented and criticized her age. “Sobrang tanda mo na po. ” the netizen said.
Ai-Ai immediately responded to the netizen’s criticisms.
“Pag tanda mo sana kasing ganda kita at may pogi at mabait na asawa.”
The 55-year-old actress married 25-year-old Gerald Sibayan in December 2017 and their 30-year age gap has been a subject of criticism since then.
In terms of bashing, this is not new for the actress. In a recent interview with LionhearTV for The Clash, she said, “Kahit naman maganda yung sabihin mo may sasabihin talaga sila sayo eh.”
The actress even happily said that she’s very used to it. “Sanay na ako na bina bash ako. ”
“Taga salo ng masasakit na mga salita, ganern!”
Ai-Ai answered, “Ah kase alam nila na kaya ko yung pamba bash eh. So ganun talaga. Every ano naman kahit anong gawin ko dun marami silang sinasabi.”
“Kunyare may production kame, kunyare nag k pop ako, mag trending man ako marami pa rin akong bashers.”
