Comedian Vice Ganda says that he wishes to be a big kind of fruit so she can be shared with many people.
On May 7 during the virtual mediacon for her upcoming concert, “Gandemic”, Vice was asked whether what kind of fruit or flower he wishes to be.
The comedian then said that he prefers to be a fruit rather than a flower for a certain reason.
“Gusto ko maging prutas ako para makain ako kasi masarap magpakain. So, gusto kong makain.
“Kasi yung bulaklak, hahawakan mo lang, tapos bibitawan mo na rin, di ba? Aamuyin mo lang.
“Ayoko nang inaamoy lang ako. Gusto ko kakainin ako.
“Kung pipitasin mo na rin lang ako, kainin mo na rin ako so gusto kong maging prutas.”
He added that he wants to be a big fruit like a watermelon: “Kung anuman klaseng prutas ‘yan, yung ano… gusto ko yung malaking prutas para mas maraming makinabang, katulad ng pakwan.
“Yung puwede mo akong hati-hatiin at kung may matira pa, puwede mo pang i-shake the second time, the next day.”
Vice will have his first-ever digital concert on July 17. Dubbed as, “Gandemic: Vice Ganda, The VG-Tal Community Party Concert”, is made to deliver fun and laughter to the people amidst the pandemic.
He revealed that he watched previous concerts of Daniel Padilla, Regine Velasquez, and Sarah Geronimo to have an idea of how virtual concerts happen.
His concert, which will be directed by John Prats, will have a touch of music but it is 90% comedy, which is his forte.
Guest performers include Ice Seguerra, Jake Zyrus, Moira dela Torre, and Anne Curtis.
E-Tickets are available on KTX.ph priced at 1,500 (VIP), includes a meet and greet, and 1,000 (General Admission). The show will stream on July 17 at 9 pm.
