About the song John says, “When the world shut down, we went to work. It was a year full of adapting to a new way of working and thinking about music. It gave me time to reflect and to really think hard about what was next for this project. ‘Everything’ was a breakthrough for me and my team that led us into a new sound and I couldn’t be prouder of this song and the journey it took to get to it. It means so much to me.”
