When it comes to working out, everyone needs to be kept accountable. What better way is there to stay motivated than to have your workout buddy with you?
As advocates for health and fitness, brothers-in-law Nico Bolzico and Erwan Heussaff push each other to incorporate exercise into their routines. Last month, they guested in a live Yoga session over Zoom with REBEL, and this month, they’ll be one of the many guests in another free live workout session in honor of REBEL’s first birthday. And the best part is: everyone’s invited!
With the goal to make this the biggest live online workout session yet, REBEL is bringing together their community of over 270,000 users all in one session. This special class happening on Tuesday, September 14, 5PM is made up of the most-loved workouts and will be led by some of the country’s top fitness coaches:

In times of uncertainty, a positive outlet is finding supportive communities to engage with. Doing so helps improve one’s well-being, as they don’t only help keep us accountable, but they are able to offer solidarity, guidance, and support whether online or offline.
