Vice Ganda left a humorous remark over the ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan’ finalists who are freezing inside the ‘It’s Showtime’ studio, blaming that it was the air conditioner’s fault why a grand finalist lost his voice.
On September 18, 2021, the grand finals of the fifth season of the ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan’ of It’s Showtime’ were aired. After the performance of each grand finalist, Vice and Kim Chiu interviewed one by one.
It has been revealed Gem Cristian has lost his voice battling for his position in the finals. When Chiu asked Cristian why he lost his voice, Vice answered for Cristian.
“Giniginaw kasi siya kapag nandidito siya sa studio,” Vice humorously responded to Chiu’s question.
“Hindi talaga ako sanay kasi sa aircon, Ma’am,” Cristian explained himself that he is not accustomed to inside an air-conditioned room.
“Naku, pagalitan natin iyong hotel. Tanggalin natin iyong aircon,” Chiu jokingly demanded to remove the air conditioners inside the studio instantly.
“Noong sumali siya rito ‘tapos nanalo siya, dahil sa aircon, nawalan siya ng boses. Kaya noong naka-recover siya bumili siya ng aircon para masanay yung lalamunan niya sa aircon,” Vice recalled the journey of Cristian.
“Pero mas malakas talaga dito. Sobrang lakas talaga,” Cristian stated.
“E, kasi nakakabit sa horsepower ito. Pangputukan! Ang lamig dito, di ba? Wala pang franchise iyan, ha!” Vice comically stated which made everyone burst into a peal of laughter, including the hurados, or the judge of the segment.
What Vice meant: amid the lack of franchise, ABS-CBN continuously provides the best quality of facilities.
“Kapag nagka-franchise ito alam niyo na, dito na kayo oorder ng yelo! Sa gate pa lang ng ABS baka nakalagay nang ‘Ice For Sale.'” Vice added.
