Everyone loves a good romantic comedy which will have viewers rooting for the characters from beginning to end. That is exactly what everyone can expect in the upcoming WeTV Original series BetCin, which premieres on the streaming service this October.
From the first taping day, Kylie Padilla and Andrea Torres fully embraced their roles as Beth and Cindy, who are collectively known as the social media superstar couple “BetCin.” What their followers don’t know is that their relationship is nowhere near as perfect as their posts appear. When they get invited to join a contest for the most-loved social media sweethearts, they need to act convincing enough to have a shot at the large cash prize at the end. Beth sees it as a chance for a fresh start, while Cindy hopes it will be a way to get Beth back. Will they be able to pull it off and will love win in the end?
WeTV recently gave its users and fans a first taste of what they can expect from the series when it released BetCin’s official poster and trailer. In under two minutes, get a glimpse of the lives of Beth and Cindy as they navigate their next phase as a couple.

Capturing all the emotion that comes with such a passionate relationship on the verge of heartbreak is the BetCin original theme song Barik Pa, performed by Charm De Guzman. WeTV released a series of teaser videos highlighted by the song on the app, as well as a charming lyric video.

BetCin director Shugo Praico and story creator Fatrick Tabada co-wrote the eight-episode series with writer John Carlo Pacala. The series is line-produced by Rein Entertainment Productions, the same team involved in the WeTV Original series Section St. Valentine: The Disappearance Of Divine.
