During the 2022 GMA New Year Countdown show led by Bea Alonzo and Alden Richards, they announced they would be working together in a Kapuso teleserye this 2022.
Richards said that the show is expected to be released during the early part of 2022.
In August 2021, Richards denied rumors of a teleserye project with Alonzo in a virtual media conference.
“Kasi, based on my knowledge po, alam ko po movie pa lang po yung pagsasamahan namin. And wala pa naman pong nabibigay sa akin na word kung meron po ba kaming gagawin na teleserye… kung ano po yung advice ng aking mga bossing po.
“Pero right now po, yung movie po is tuloy. Tatapusin ko lang po yung The World Between Us,” he said.
In October 2021, Alonzo and Richards started filming for the Philippine adaptation of A Moment to Remember.
The filming of the said movie project was originally scheduled for the first quarter of 2021, but the production has not commenced as planned due to careful preparations to make sure the chemistry of Alonzo and Richards creates a spark along with the audience.
