Thai actors Tu Tontawan and Bright Vachirawit revealed behind-the-scene details from F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flower at the global media conference for the Thai series On March 27.

Tu recalled her first scene with Bright on the set of the Thai series.

“It’s kind of a very hard scene because I felt like a bit uncomfortable and felt like a bit awkward. But, overall, people helped us, and we taught a lot, so we always come out very well. And that day was very fun.”

Tu (Gorya) and Bright (Thyme) star in the Thai adaptation, F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers.

While filming, Tu, Bright, and the rest of the cast received an invitation from the zoo owner of one of their taping locations.

Tu and Bright recounted their encounter with a walrus in the zoo.

“Honestly, I love all of them, but if I have to choose one, it would be a walrus,” said Bright.

“We had the chance to touch them,” Tu added.

“Yeah, to touch them and feed them. But it’s not in the series,” Bright continued.

“Yeah, it’s not in the series, and it’s not for the public to feed them but for the owner of the zoo–,” Tu explained.

“Yeah, the owner of the zoo invited us to feed the Walrus. I love them,” Bright clarified.

Bright and Tu detailed the challenges they faced while taping the series amid the pandemic.

“We always had to stop shooting. We would stop shooting and then start again, and it was very frustrating. It /was/ hard to keep your character when you /feel/ for two months, and then you stop for two months. It’s hard to concentrate and keep working, but we tried our best,” Bright narrated.

“We did a lot of homework. It’s like we reboot every time we return to shooting,” Tu echoed.

Tu and Bright felt proud that they completed the series despite the limitations of the pandemic.

“I do feel honored by all this love from people. We are proud of ourselves,” Tu expressed.

“We are happy that you guys have been following it,” Bright stated.

Joining Tu and Bright in the series are Win Metawin, Dew Jirawat, and Nani Hirunkit.

The F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flower nears its finale with three episodes left, and viewers can watch the remaining episodes every Saturday at 9:30 PM via iWantTFC, simultaneous with its Thailand airing.
