Darna star Jane de Leon tripped on It’s Showtime while playing on a game segment titled Vest in Spelling.
On August 15, on one of the segments of the noontime variety show, De Leon tripped while running to answer a question.
“Ano ang official currency ng Pilipinas?” Karylle asked.
It’s Showtime hosts Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, and Anne Curtis helped De Leon to stand again.
“Bakit every time na lang, kapIt’s Showtime hosts Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, and Anne Curtis helped De Leon to stand again. ag nasa Showtime ako, ang daming nangyayari sa akin?” De Leon teasingly asked.
“Sayang, hindi umabot yung bato. Uy, sandali lang, baka hindi makalipad si Darna mamaya. Alalayan natin,” Hilario jokingly replied.
“Well-trained kasi si Jane sa instincts niya talagang pangmabilisan. Ready na at any time,” Curtis responded.
De Leon thanked It’s Showtime for assisting her after what happened.
“Gusto kong magpasalamat sa inyong tatlo, natumba ako kasi naalaala ko pala, si Kuya Vhong, si Lastikman. Si Ate Anne, si Dyesebel. Siyempre, si Alakdan nandito rin,” she said.
