Through a video call on Monday, August 15, Miles Ocampo pleaded to have another chance to stay as a host on Eat Bulaga!
On Saturday, August 13, Ocampo was kicked out as a host after she was defeated in the segment Bida Ex, the parody contest of the Bida Next.
Ocampo was also seen walking out of the show while crying and carrying her suitcase and microphone.
The Dabarkads interviewed Ocampo about her losing her spot as a host on the show.
She said, “Sorry hindi kasi ako sanay na ano parang naging routine ko na kasi na kapag ganitong oras nandiyan na rin ako.”
Ocampo then asked for another chance to return to Eat Bulaga!
“Guys baka may chance pa kasi ano e, mapagmahal naman ako ‘di ba? Sana bigyan n’yo ako ng chance na makabalik.
“Please I’m begging you guys make me come back parang kulang kayo diyan,” she said.
On Wednesday, August 17, Ocampo returned to the show as she applied as part of the noontime show’s technical support team.
“Hello Dabarkads, namiss niyo ba ako?” she said.
“’Di ba wala ako kahapon. Nung Monday, wala rin. Na-miss ko kasi kayo talaga. ‘Di naman ako pwedeng bumalik nang wala lang.”
Ocampo became part of Eat Bulaga in March 2022.
