At the media conference for Secrets of Nympho on October 13, to which LionhearTV got invited, Rein Entertainment executive Lino Cayetano discussed their future with Viva.
Cayetano revealed that they signed a long-term contract with Viva.
“And we’re excited. We finished shooting. We have such a /wonderful cast talagang is such a pleasure to work with these young ladies and gentlemen, so talagang excited din kami.
“Pumirma na rin kami ng long-term contract with Viva so we can continue working with them, and we love being part of the Viva family.”
He also highlighted Rein Entertainment’s plans with Viva in the coming years.
“I don’t know from our friends in Viva what we can divulge /no. But I know it’s a long term relationship. So we’re doing– it’s going to be a few years na we’re going through a lot of material with them. And excited kami kasi ang daming plano ng Viva eh. Lahat ng genre, from comedy to action to something like this–which is a sexy thriller, so exciting times para sa amin, and we thank again our /Viva family.”
He then talked about how they pitched the story of Secrets of a Nympho to Viva.
“Matagal na ho naming kaibigan sina– ako si Val and si Boss Vincent, are long time friends. And we’ve always wanted to work together. And kung mapapanood ninyo po ‘yung iba naming gawa, ‘yung Bagman, ‘yung pelikula namin ngayon na MMFF, talagang may materyal na bagay sa hinahanap ng Viva.
“So ‘yung kwentong ‘to ni Philip King, buo na po ‘to. Tapos noong inilapit namin sa Viva, nag-swak doon sa hinahanap nila, nagtono tapos nagtugma na lang kami. Pero it happened because we’ve always wanted to work with Viva, and nagtugma ‘yung materyal namin sa hinahanap nila.”
He also detailed how Rein Entertainment and Viva collaborates with each other.
“Ang sarap po ka-trabaho ng Viva, kasi tinutulungan kaming itono at itugma ‘yung mga characters namin doon sa mga line up nila ng actors. So si Direk Philip King wrote these characters, a long time ago, it’s a story he always wanted to tell, tapos nakikipagcollaborate po kami na ito ‘yung character niya. Ay bagay ‘to dito. So nagka-casting po kami together.”
Secrets of Nympho stars Rhen Escaño and Ayanna Misola with Viva artists as cast members which include Arron Villaflor, Gold Aceron, Josef Elizalde, Jiad Arroyo, Massimo Scofield, Sheree, Stephanie Raz, Andrea Garcia, Milina Ikimoto, Miles Victoria, Jeric Raval, Jao Mapa, Arnold Reyes, Mayton Eugenio, Manu Respall, and Lance Raymundo.
