HealthSolutions Enterprises, Inc. (HealthSolutions) dives into the In Vitro Diagnostics market by acquiring PerkinElmer Inc.’s (PerkinElmer) new immunoassay system, the SuperFlex Automated Chemiluminescence Analyzer, to cater the critical care needs of the laboratory and hospital. This system delivers fast, accurate and highly specific results through its ultra-sensitive detection of small biological molecules using labeled antibodies and antigens in serum, plasma and whole blood while promising cost efficiency with its low maintenance feature.
PerkinElmer, HealthSolutions’ partner, flew in SuperFlex product manager Kent Chai to conduct hands-on training sessions. These were attended by the service engineers, sales force and the marketing teams of both HealthSolutions and PerkinElmer. The training was done at the HealthSolutions Taguig office last October 3-6, and was graced by PerkinElmer’s business manager, Cherylle Galapon and HealthSolutions’ Head of Marketing and Business Development, Rene Arganda.
With the arrival of the SuperFlex Automated Chemiluminescence Analyzer, HealthSolutions’ healthcare practitioners and clinical laboratory scientists now have an additional tool to manage and help critical care patients with cardiac and inflammatory immunoassay testing.
