Kapamilya stars Carlo Aquino and Charlie Dizon were spotted together in La Union.
In a Facebook post by Halo-halo de Iloko La Union on Monday, January 2, the two Kapamilya celebrities were captured together in several photos at the famous Halo-halo store in La Union, along with other unidentified people.
Meanwhile, Aquino’s ex-partner, Trina Candaza, seemed to throw shade at him as she reflected on her achievements and heartbreaks in 2022.
In an Instagram post to welcome the new year on Sunday, January 1, Candaza took a swipe at someone they lost who she thought would be the man to protect her and their daughter.
“Before leaving 2022, I want to look back and be reminded of all the things that happened to me, to us rather. So I will be reminded of how I braved through it all.
“We lost someone whom I thought will be the man who will always keep us safe, someone who will protect us. But little did I know he will be the one who is very excited to remove us from his life.”

Although Candaza did not mention Aquino in the post, their break-up was highly publicized in 2022.
Rumors of their breakup began in January 2022, following Candaza’s cryptic Instagram posts. But it was only in April 2022 that Carlo Aquino confirmed their separation but will continue to co-parent with their daughter Mithi.
Aquino and Candaza became a couple in 2019 and welcomed their daughter, Enola Mithi, in 2020.
