GMA Network shows continue to dominate the weekend rating leaderboard.
According to the latest ratings from Nielsen NUTAM People Survey, Kapuso shows Pepito Manaloto and Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho dominated the Saturday and Sunday overall rating leaderboard.
Pepito Manaloto scored a 13.3 percent rating on Saturday, January 7, taking the top spot on the rating list.
The Amazing Earth came in second with a rating of 12.8 percent, and the long-running Kapuso drama anthology Magpakailanman came in third with a score of 12.4 percent.
With a rating of 10.8 percent, primetime weekend newscast 24 Oras Weekend ranked fourth. On the other hand, the afternoon drama Abot Kamay Na Pangarap rounds up in the top five shows on Saturday with a rating of 8.4 percent.
For Sunday, January 8, Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho leads the pack with a 14.2 percent rating, followed by the returning Kapuso sitcom Happy ToGetHer Season 2, which scored 9.5 percent.
GMA Network’s children’s fantasy program Daig Kayo Ng Lola Ko came in third with a rating of 9.2 percent, followed by 24 Oras Weekend, which once more ranked fourth with a 7.9 percent rating.
Meanwhile, TV5’s broadcast of the PBA Finals Game 5 took the number five spot with a rating of 6.5 percent.
