Kobie Brown and Andi Abaya, better known as KoDrea, were seen together at the opening of the newest branches of Idara Aesthetics and Cafe on June 4.
When asked if they were set to replace the iconic loveteam KathNiel, both Kobie and Andi agreed that the loveteam is simply irreplaceable.
Andi Abaya replied to the question of whether they could replace the well-loved loveteam, saying, “I don’t think we can ever replace KathNiel, but you know what we’re doing now is making a name for ourselves and being known as Andi Abaya and Kobie Brown.”
“Those are some very big shoes to fill. I have so much respect for KathNiel; they are the people we look up to. But as Andi said, we have our own different journeys,” Kobie added.
Kobie and Andi are celebrating three years as a loveteam, which started when fans shipped them together during their PBB days. Their latest project is the adaptation of the hit Wattpad series, Teen Clash.
When asked how they would handle fame as a loveteam, Andi answered, “Para sakin naman po whatever we have for each other kung ano man sabihin ng ibang tao we wouldn’t let it affect us, kung sumikat man kami we will continue to work hard kasi parehas naman namin itong pangarap.”
The opening of both new branches of Idara in SM MOA and SM North Edsa was truly star-studded, with KoDrea in attendance. Idara Aesthetics and Cafe are known for their top-notch service and products in the beauty industry.
