The 7th Village Pipol Choice Awards once again gathered some of the biggest personalities, brands, creators, and industry leaders in Philippine entertainment and digital culture during its star-studded awards night held on April 29 at Blueleaf Cosmopolitan.
Presented by Village Pipol Magazine in collaboration with PIPOL mgZn and produced by RED Entertainment, Inc., the annual event honored individuals and companies that made a strong impact on audiences through a combination of public voting and editorial deliberation.
In the television category, GMA Network was named TV Station of the Year, while Ang Mutya ng Section E won TV Series of the Year and Golden Scenery of Tomorrow earned Digital Series of the Year. Andres Muhlach and Ashtine Olviga took home Actor and TV Actress of the Year honors, while Marco Masa and Ashley Sarmiento won supporting acting awards.

Ralph De Leon and AZ Martinez were recognized as New Male and Female TV Personalities, while DustBia was named Fandom of the Year and AshDres won Loveteam of the Year. Rabin Angeles and Bianca De Vera earned Promising Star awards, while Fyang Smith was hailed Breakthrough Star of the Year. Alexa Ilacad won TV Host of the Year, while TV Patrol was named News Program of the Year. MJ Marfori, Vicky Morales, and EJ Gomez also received recognition in the news category.
In the international category, Sashes and Hearts won BL Series of the Year, while Mac Alonzo and Lawrence Brenches were named BL Loveteam of the Year. Korean stars IU and Park Bo-gum won K-Drama Couple of the Year, while When Life Gives You Tangerines was awarded K-Drama Series of the Year.
The music and radio category saw 92.3 FM Radio Manila winning Radio FM of the Year, while Gandang Kara and DJ Jhai Ho won radio personality awards. SexBomb Girls were named Group Performer of the Year, while Kolette Madelo won Solo Performer of the Year. Jayson Fernandez received Composer of the Year honors, while “What If Tayo?” by Mika Salamanca and Brent Manalo won Music Video of the Year. “Pahuway” by Rain Celmar was named OPM Song of the Year, while BINI took home P-Pop Group of the Year and WRIVE won Rising P-Pop Group. HORI7ON earned K-Pop Act of the Year, while “Gabriela” by KATSEYE won Global Pop Song of the Year.
In film, My Love Will Make You Disappear dominated major awards, winning Movie of the Year. Paulo Avelino and Kim Chiu were named Movie Actor and Actress of the Year, while Dustin Yu and Ashtine Olviga won supporting acting awards. Chad Vidanes won Movie Director of the Year, while JM Ibarra earned Breakthrough Movie Star of the Year.
The social media category honored Joy Barcoma as Breakthrough Social Media Star, Esnyr as YouTuber of the Year, and Vrix Gallano as TikTok Star of the Year.

Arizona Brandy won Local Drag Queen of the Year, while Hajie Alejandro was named Content Creator of the Year. Maloi and Rave Victoria were named TikTok Faces of the Year, while Mika Salamanca’s “Sino Nga Ba Siya” won Viral TikTok Video of the Year.

Lifestyle, travel, technology, and business categories also highlighted major brands and personalities. Lenie Aycardo, Kimpoy Feliciano, and Brent Manalo won influencer awards, while Myrtle Sarrosa was named Online Streamer of the Year. Cebu Pacific, Klook, and Grab dominated the travel category. Meanwhile, HONOR, Sharp, TCL, Canon, and ASUS won major technology awards. Ever Bilena, Chowking, BYD, Bench, Maya, PLDT Home, Puregold, Globe Telecom, and Viva One were among the notable business winners.

Among the major honors, Kelvin Miranda won VP/Cover, Kayla Davies earned VP/Spotlight, while Dr. Arvin Roy Reyes was named VP/Xclusives. Miss Glenda won Business Headline of the Year, Anne Curtis won TV Headline of the Year, Vice Ganda received Movie Headline of the Year, and SB19 was named Music Headline of the Year. Annette Gozon-Valdes was honored as PIPOL of the Year.

In the special popularity categories, Ashtine Olviga and Will Ashley topped the PIPOL Face of the Year Adult category, while Anji Salvacion, Angela Muji, Andres Muhlach, and Rabin Angeles also placed. In the teen category, Caprice Cayetano, Rain Celmar, Kai Montinola, Heath Jornales, Mad Ramos, and Raikko Mateo were recognized. Paulo Avelino and Kim Chiu emerged as the top winners in the PIPOL Sexiest of the Year category alongside Dustin Yu, Christian Martinez, AZ Martinez, and Perlas.
The 7th VPCA also carried a meaningful advocacy, with a portion of proceeds from Facebook Stars benefiting PAWS Philippines.
