The extended absence of Kapamilya star Angel Locsin from social media has raised questions.
According to Ogie Diaz, in a discussion on the ‘Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update’ vlog with Mama Loi and Dyosa Pockoh, Angel’s prolonged silence on social media has been intentional since the 2022 elections up to the present.
Many have been concerned because Angel hasn’t been active on her social media platforms. If she does post anything, it’s usually throwback photos, and it’s likely not her who’s managing them but a social media manager.
Ogie mentioned that Angel’s fans and supporters shouldn’t worry because she’s just staying at home and enjoying her time away from social media.
“Si Angel Locsin po ay nasa bahay. Oo. At ineenjoy ni Angel Locsin ang kaniyang absence sa social media, ayaw na muna niyang mag-social media.”
Ogie also confirmed that she is still with Neil Arce. Although Neil hasn’t been posting about Angel on social media, they are maintaining their privacy.
“Ibinigay natin kay Angel Locsin ‘yon. Iyon ang gusto niya eh.”
Ogie recalled that in Angel’s youth, she was worked tirelessly. Now, she’s chosen to prioritize her privacy.
Currently, there’s a question about whether Angel will participate in the return of the ABS-CBN Ball and if her attendance will be a “surprise” for everyone.
