On September 17, Kapamilya star Kim Chiu expressed excitement with the return of ABS-CBN Ball for 2023.
At the media event for the 15th Anniversary of Life Strong, which LionhearTV covered, Chiu highlighted how excited she feels to meet the new Kapamilya stars through the ABS-CBN Ball 2023.
“Oo nga eh, parang after ilang years di ba? Ano three years or four years na walang ball so parang nakakapanibago and nakaka-excite kasi ang dami na, it’s a different set of artists na and then it’s a different vibe na. So looking forward sa mga mangyayari sa ABS-CBN Ball.”
She also mentioned her plans and possible outfits for the anticipated Kapamilya event.
“Actually, wala pa kasi kakarating ko pa lang. So parang medyo baka sa next week, maghahanda ako.”
Chiu cited how memorable each Kapamilya Ball was for her, especially because she didn’t get to celebrate her debut to the fullest.
“Actually, every year naman most memorable kasi hindi ako nakapag-debut ng hardcore talaga. So every year, talagang ang lalaki ng gowns ko. Pero this year, hindi na, promise.”
As for the coming ‘ABS-CBN Ball 2023: For the Benefit of the ABS-CBN Foundation,’ the anticipated Kapamilya gathering is scheduled for September 30 at the Shangri-La Makati Hotel.
