During a recent event, Phillip Salvador reunited with the Primetime Action Hero Ruru Madrid, and their meeting was marked by praise and significant words of wisdom from Salvador.

The background to this reunion is rooted in Ruru Madrid’s early career, which was kickstarted through his participation in the reality artista competition, ‘Protegé,’ where Phillip Salvador served as his mentor.
Ruru shared his experience with the media during a conference for his upcoming full-action series titled “Black Rider.” He revealed that Salvador praised his journey and expressed his pride, offering words of encouragement.
In addition to his generous praise, Phillip Salvador also imparted an essential piece of advice.
Ruru Madrid expressed his gratitude for the ongoing guidance he receives from the seasoned actor. Phillip Salvador is not only renowned for his expertise in action and combat scenes but also for his acting skills, earning him a high regard from Ruru and many others in the industry.
During the same event, Ruru also had the opportunity to interact with former action star and current Senator Robin Padilla, whom he has long admired. Furthermore, he had a brief conversation with Kapamilya actor and action star Coco Martin, who remains open to healthy competition between their respective shows.
Ruru is poised to lead in the upcoming full-action series ‘Black Rider,’ where he takes on the role of Elias Guerrero, a simple delivery rider who evolves into a street hero, confronting a powerful syndicate. The series boasts an ensemble cast, including Katrina Halili, Yassi Pressman, Matteo Guidicelli, Jon Lucas, and many other talented actors.
