GMA Network brought back one of its successful mini-drama series franchise, ‘I Can See You Season 2 #Future’, how did it fare in TV ratings.
According to the latest rating reports from the Nielsen NUTAM People survey, ICSY2’s return marked a significant decrease in ratings compared to its original release.
On Monday, December 18, ICSY2 #Future returned on TV with a rating of 5.8 percent taking the number 9 spot of the overall ratings chart. The series’ comeback ratings was significantly lower than its original release’s pilot rating of 15.5 percent recorded on April 5, 2021.
Notably it was also lower than the pilot ratings of its predecessor ‘The Missing Husband (TMH).’ TMH premiered with a rating of 7.5 percent on August 28, 2023. And also lower that its finale episode on Friday, December 15, where it scored 6.2 percent.
Featuring Miguel Tanfelix, Kyline Alcantara, Aiko Melendez and Ryan Eigenmann, the series will see Miguel portray the character of a social media addict and aspiring reporter named Charlie Torres. A string of life-changing events including his discovery of a mysterious CCTV camera will turn his world upside down. He will also meet a young woman named Lara Dacer to be portrayed by fellow Kapuso star, Kyline Alcantara.
