‘E.A.T Bulaga’ remains noontime leader, ‘It’s Showtime’ overtakes Kapuso noontime rival anew

TVJ’s ‘E.A.T. Bulaga’ continues to assert its dominance in the ratings race, holding onto its number one position. Meanwhile, the Kapamilya noontime show ‘It’s Showtime’ has outperformed its Kapuso rival on multiple occasions, as indicated by the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey reports.

On Tuesday, January 2, ‘E.A.T. Bulaga’ secured a rating of 4.4 percent, claiming the 13th spot on the overall ratings chart. ‘It’s Showtime’ followed closely in the 15th spot with a rating of 3.0 percent, while TAPE Inc.’s ‘Eat Bulaga!’ lagged behind with a rating of 2.7 percent, landing in the 18th position overall.

Maintaining its leadership on Wednesday, January 3, ‘E.A.T Bulaga’ posted a rating of 4.3 percent, advancing two positions to the 11th spot on the overall chart. ‘Eat Bulaga!’ recovered from the previous day’s setback, reclaiming the number 2 position in the noontime slot with a rating of 3.3 percent, securing the 15th position overall. In contrast, ‘It’s Showtime’ dropped to the last spot in the noontime category, garnering a rating of 2.7 percent.

On Thursday, January 4, ‘E.A.T. Bulaga’ maintained its 4.3 percent rating but slipped to the 12th position. ‘It’s Showtime’ once again surpassed ‘Eat Bulaga!’ with a rating of 3.4 percent, 0.3 percent higher than the latter’s 3.1 percent.

Closing the week on Friday, January 5, TVJ’s noontime show retained its throne, improving its ratings to 4.5 percent. Similarly, ‘It’s Showtime’ maintained its second spot in the noontime ranking with a rating of 3.4 percent. TAPE Inc.’s ‘Eat Bulaga!’ stayed in the number 3 position, registering a rating of 2.9 percent.
