On January 9, Kapamilya star Xyriel Manabat said she wants her first on-screen kiss with her best friend, Andrea Brillantes.

At the media conference for the Senior High Finale, which LionhearTV covered, Manabat first highlighted that she wanted to have her first on-screen kiss with another woman.

So parang fulfilling siya as an experience for an actress.”

She then pointed to her best friend Andrea Brillantes as the young woman she wanted her first on-screen kiss with, jokingly teasing her co-star.

Brillantes responded, emphasizing the lack of Girls Love series in the Philippines.

“I mean pansin ko lang po kasi, there’s a lot of BL series now, hindi pa po masyadong madami sa GL, so if ever lang naman po, I would be comfortable doing it with my best friend kasi magaling siyang actress eh. And madami kaming makukuha sa isa’t isa.”

As for their series, Senior High stars Andrea Brillantes, Kyle Echarri, Elijah Canlas, Xyriel Manabat, Daniela Stranner, Juan Karlos Labajo, and Zaijian Jaranilla.

The cast includes Angel Aquino, Baron Geisler, Miggy Jimenez, Tommy Alejandrino, Desiree del Valle, Gerald Madrid, Angeli Bayani, and many more.

Catch the bombshell revelation in the finale of Senior High on January 19 at 9:30 PM via Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, TV5, iWantTFC, and Kapamilya Online Live on ABS-CBN Entertainment’s YouTube channel and Facebook page.
