Veteran actress Jaclyn Jose has passed away.
According to initial reports, the acclaimed actress was found lifeless at Loyola Grand Villas in Quezon City on Sunday evening, March 3.
As of writing, there has been no official statement from the family regarding Jaclyn’s demise.
Jaclyn is survived by her two children, Andi Eigenmann and Gwen Garimond.
Known for her remarkable performances in films and television series, Jaclyn, whose real name is Mary Jane Guck, was admired for her calm delivery of lines.
Among her most notable roles was portraying Magda in ABS-CBN’s ‘Mula Sa Puso,’ where she starred alongside Claudine Barretto, Rico Yan, Diether Ocampo, and Princess Punzalan.
Her most recent appearance was in the television series ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo,’ led by Coco Martin.
