Gerald Anderson has refuted rumors that he and his girlfriend, Julia Barretto, have secretly married in the US.
The rumors emerged from a recent blind item on social media, prompting Ogie Diaz to reach out to Anderson for clarification. In Diaz’s latest vlog, Anderson addressed the speculation directly.
“Minessage ko si Gerald. At ang sabi niya sa akin, ‘ikaw ang unang makakaalam kapag ikinasal na kami,’” Diaz reported. “Salamat Ge sa iyong pagsagot. At least nalinawan ‘yan na hindi totoo.”
Diaz also noted that if the rumors were accurate, he would not see any issue, given that both Anderson and Barretto are of legal age. “Eh, kung totoo man, kung sakali man na totoo ito, ‘di ba? Eh, ano naman ngayon, eh, nasa legal na age sila?,” he said.
