Kathryn Bernardo has shared that she is ready to open her heart to love once more.
In her recent guest appearance on ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,’ Kathryn candidly spoke about moving forward after her long-term relationship with actor Daniel Padilla.
When asked by host Boy Abunda if she was open to finding love again, Kathryn smiled and confidently replied, “Yes, Kahapon pa!”
Reflecting on her 11-year relationship with Padilla, Kathryn shared that the experience tested her strength and faith in unexpected ways. “It’s safe to say na I’m pretty strong,” she said. “I didn’t expect myself, I think all the people here, didn’t expect na I will handle it that way. Me too, I didn’t expect it.”
When asked what advice she would give her younger self before entering that relationship, Kathryn was reflective and appreciative. “You know, nothing. I don’t regret anything. Ayoko siyang pangunahan, I want you to experience all the happiness, all the pain. Alam kong maraming magke-question but it’s just 11 beautiful years, and grabe ‘yung naging, kung ano ‘yung nakikita niyo ngayon, ang laking part nung 11 years na ‘yun,” she said.
Looking forward, Kathryn expressed that she is open to experiencing the emotions of love and growth anew.
Kathryn will soon be back on the big screen alongside Alden Richards in ‘Hello, Love, Again,’ premiering in cinemas worldwide on November 13.
