On October 30 at 9 pm, Filipino rock band Imago takes the spotlight at this month’s Original Pilipino Music (OPM) Concert Series at CenterPlay, City of Dreams Manila’s contemporary entertainment bar at the center of the gaming floor.
The five-member band started their journey in the music industry in 1997, and eventually dominated the local rock scene with their timeless hits such as Akap, Sundo, Taralets, and Anino, among others. Apart from their songs topping the charts on both radio and music video channels, Imago also received various recognitions including a certified Gold Record in 2008 for their third album “Blush”. Imago members Kharren Granada, Myrene Academia, Tim Cacho, Zach Lucero, and Mervin Panganiban are set to take the audience to a one-night-only live jam session featuring their enduring songs.
“Imago Live at CenterPlay” follows the monthly successful sold-out concert shows which featured OPM icons Ariel Rivera, Noel Cabangon, Neocolours, Jinky Vidal, Yeng Constantino, Raymond Lauchengco, Janno Gibbs, Rey Valera, Ice Seguerra, “Soul Siren” Nina, and The CompanY.
The upcoming concert also showcases alternating performances from DJs, and bands including Swerve Band and Lockdown from 7:00 pm to 2:00 am.
Designed for the ultimate entertainment experience, CenterPlay is a cool snack and cocktail lounge offering light meals, signature cocktail concoctions, beers, wines, and other beverages.
Guests can reserve a seat or a table with consumables starting at P2,500, comprising of bar snacks, burgers, fries, and beverages. VIP couch seats for a party of eight at P20,000 and VIP Small Tables for a group of four at P10,000 are also available, inclusive of consumables.
