ABS-CBN has expressed deep gratitude to GMA Network for its continued trust and support of ‘It’s Showtime’, confirming that the popular noontime variety show will remain on GMA Network in 2025.
In a statement shared on their social media accounts, ABS-CBN said, “ABS-CBN is happy to announce that It’s Showtime will continue airing on GMA from Monday to Saturday.”
The network also thanked GMA Network for their partnership, noting, “ABS-CBN and the It’s Showtime family sincerely thank GMA for their continued trust and support. We will continue to inspire and bring joy to our viewers.”
Concluding the statement, they added, “Maraming salamat, mga Kapuso, mga Kapamilya, at Madlang People.”
The partnership between GMA Network and ABS-CBN was solidified earlier this year, when a landmark contract signing took place in March, allowing ‘It’s Showtime’ to air in GMA Network’s prime noontime slot. The show officially premiered on GMA Network on April 6, featuring a special episode with appearances from various Kapuso and Sparkle stars.
This year also saw ‘It’s Showtime’ celebrating its 15th anniversary with a week-long ‘Magpasikat 2024’ event in October, further solidifying its place as a staple in Filipino entertainment.
Looking ahead, the continued collaboration between ABS-CBN and GMA Network promises even more exciting moments for It’s Showtime fans in 2025.
