It’s official!

Actress Ashley Ortega has confirmed her relationship with Mavy Legaspi, putting an end to weeks of speculation. The announcement came during an exclusive interview with Boy Abunda on ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda’, where Ashley openly admitted their romantic involvement.
“I think it’s obvious naman na. Yes,” Ashley said when asked about their relationship status.
Ashley shared that while she and Mavy have known each other for some time, they became closer last year after Mavy’s breakup with Kyline Alcantara.
“I think it started na parang there was a one night kasama ‘yung mga friends namin so doon ko siya nakilala. Then nagtuloy-tuloy na, and then he asked me out if we can have lunch or dinner together just to get to know each other. Then nagtuloy-tuloy na,” Ashley recounted.
The actress described Mavy as thoughtful and mature, despite being two years her junior.
“Siya pa nga ‘yung pabebe minsan,” Ashley quipped, adding that Mavy is generous and attentive in their relationship.
“Hindi naman kasi ako ma-grandeng tao na kailangan ng flowers or surprises. Ano lang talaga, more on conversational lang,” she added.

Ashley also revealed that she has already met Mavy’s parents, Zoren Legaspi and Carmina Villarroel, as well as his twin sister, Cassy Legaspi.
“They’re very welcoming… mababait po sila,” she said about Mavy’s family.
The couple has also taken their relationship to the next level by exchanging “I love yous.”
With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, Ashley hinted that she and Mavy have plans for a romantic date. However, she remained tight-lipped about the details, saying, “Secret! Sana hindi ma-jinx ang date namin.”
Dating rumors between the two began circulating in early January when they were spotted together at the Sinulog Festival in Cebu. The sighting fueled speculation about a budding romance, which both have now confirmed.
Mavy was previously linked to Kyline Alcantara, while Ashley had a past relationship with Lucena City Mayor Mark Alcala.
