Kapuso actor EA Guzman shut down a netizen’s playful jab suggesting that his fiancée, actress Shaira Diaz, might be having second thoughts about their upcoming wedding after his daring appearance at the recent Bench fashion show.
In a Facebook post on Tuesday, March 25, EA shared a short video of Shaira seated by an airplane window wearing sunglasses, appearing to be either asleep or deep in thought.
In the caption, he wrote, “Guys, tulungan n’yo ko! Sa tingin n’yo, tulog ba siya or iniisip n’ya lang ‘yung ginawa ko sa Bench fashion show?”
One netizen commented, “Feeling ko di na itutuloy ang kasal niyo! Hahahahaha!”
EA quickly responded, “Wag naman,” keeping the exchange lighthearted.
The actor made headlines recently after confidently baring his backside during the Bench ‘Body of Work’ runway show—an act that caught Shaira off guard. In a separate post, she reacted, “PWETMALU ka EA Guzman, lintek na ‘yan! Sabi mo sakin sasayaw ka lang, nagulat ako nagsigawan sa labas.”
Despite the buzz surrounding his bold fashion show moment, the couple appears to be unfazed and remains committed to their relationship. EA and Shaira are set to wed in August 2025 in Cavite.
