PlayTime, one of the leading online entertainment platforms, signed a partnership with Empire Philippines to hold Mister Pilipinas Worldwide (MPW), the country’s premier competition for aspiring kings of pageantry. The partnership marks a unique collaboration, signaling an evolving trend in pageant sponsorships that go beyond traditional endorsements and on-ground activations.
Representing PlayTime were Enrico Navarro, Media Production Lead, Sophia Gonzalo, Head of Events and Sponsorships, and Krizia Cortez, Director of Public Relations while present from Empire Philippines – the organizers of Mister Pilipinas Worldwide – were President and CEO Jonas Antonio Gaffud, Executive Vice President Voltaire Tayag, and Vice President for Digital & Creatives Paolo Arevalo.
Established in 2023, Mister Pilipinas Worldwide is the country’s most followed male pageant producing delegates to represent Filipinos in global competitions such as Mister Supranational, Mister International, Mister Global, Manhunt International, Mister Cosmopolitan, and Man of the Year. MPW has set the standards in local male pageantry by redefining concepts of masculinity and pushing Filipino artistry on the international stage. With a rigorous judging panel and criteria, the competition aims to select who can best represent the Philippines and who best embodies who the Filipino man is.
PlayTime amplifies MPW and its efforts through online promotional campaigns and social media content collaborations featuring the pageant contenders and eventual winners.
