Rain or shine, nothing could stop DonBelle fans from filling the Araneta Coliseum last Sunday, July 20, for the Star Magic All-Star Games 2025, where Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano once again gave fans reason to swoon — this time, off-screen.
Donny captained Team Shooting Stars in their basketball rematch against Cong TV’s Team Anbilibabol, while Belle turned heads courtside as she cheered him on with full force — complete with a Donato #15 jersey and a giant Donny head cutout.
“Binantayan talaga ni Belle si Donny,” fans gushed online, as the actress was seen glued to the game’s every moment — from nervously pacing during the tense final minutes to proudly clapping when Donny’s team sealed the win at 73–70.
Though Donny and Belle have never confirmed their relationship status, their chemistry continues to stir excitement among fans. During the match, Belle looked every bit the supportive “girlfriend” as she celebrated every point, especially when Donny was named part of the Mythical 5.
The two were also photographed seated side-by-side post-game — a moment that quickly gained over 371,000 likes on Instagram. For many fans, it felt like watching a scene straight out of a DonBelle rom-com.
The All-Star Games featured Gerald Anderson as coach for Team Shooting Stars and Cong TV leading Team Anbilibabol, joined by Team Payaman members Junnie Boy, Boss Keng, Dudut, Burong, Carding, and more.
Donny’s team included Star Magic talents Seth Fedelin, Joao Constancia, JM Ibarra, Emilio Daez, Mikki Claver (BGYO), and River Joseph.
Other celebrities in the crowd showing support were Viy Cortez for Cong TV, Fyang Smith (in a JM Ibarra jersey), Lotlot de Leon, Max Gutierrez, Monching Gutierrez, and PBB alumni like Bianca de Vera, Vivoree, AZ Martinez, and Dustin Yu.
JM Ibarra was named Rookie of the Year after making a key 3-point shot, while JV Kapunan, Argel Saycon, and Donny Pangilinan were included in the Mythical 5, with Argel taking home the MVP title.
While Donny and Belle have starred in multiple hit projects together (He’s Into Her, Love Is Color Blind, Can’t Buy Me Love), 2025 marks the start of their separate ventures.
Donny is set to appear in a new Dreamscape Entertainment series and serves as a judge on ‘Pilipinas Got Talent’ Season 7. Meanwhile, Belle is part of Star Cinema’s upcoming ensemble film ‘Meet, Greet & Bye’ with Maricel Soriano, Piolo Pascual, Joshua Garcia, and JK Labajo.
