The Kapamilya tandem took home the Best Drama Program award for their hit primetime series ‘Can’t Buy Me Love’ at the 28th Golden Dove Awards presented by the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP). Their palpable chemistry on screen continues to captivate viewers, with fans noting how much the pair appeared to have missed each other during the awards night.
Also recognized at the Golden Dove Awards were other Kapamilya programs, including ‘ASAP’ as Best Variety Program, ‘Rainbow Rumble’ host Luis Manzano as Best Variety Program Host, and ‘My Puhunan: Kaya Mo!’ hosted by Karen Davila and Migs Bustos as Best Public Affairs Show (Metro Manila).
Beyond the KBP accolades, Donny and Belle were once again hailed as the Prince and Princess of Philippine Entertainment at the 53rd Box Office Entertainment Awards by the Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation. This marks the second consecutive year the two have earned the coveted titles—a feat their loyal fanbase loudly celebrated online.
