The Philippine Arena was transformed into a spectacular showcase of Filipino music and culture on July 5, 2025, as thousands of fans gathered for the highly anticipated Puregold OPM Con 2025.
With over 35,000 attendees braving even the heavy rains, the event proved to be a history-making celebration of Original Panalo Music.

Headlined by SB19, BINI, Flow G, G22, KAIA, Skusta Clee, SunKissed Lola, and surprise appearances from Rico Blanco, James Reid, Yeng Constantino, and Mayonnaise, the concert cemented Puregold’s growing presence not just in retail, but in the entertainment space.
“We’ve always believed that our connection with our shoppers goes beyond the checkout counter,” said Ivy Hayagan-Piedad, Senior Marketing Manager of Puregold. “Through Puregold OPM Con 2025, we gave our loyal members an unforgettable celebration of Filipino music, talent, and pride on a massive scale.”
SB19 delivered an electrifying finale performance that turned into a full-on musical explosion when Rico Blanco joined them onstage for their hit ‘DUNGKA.’ The crowd roared as the OPM rock legend not only sang but also danced with the group—an unexpected and unforgettable sight.

Blanco later sang his iconic anthem ‘Liwanag sa Dilim’ in duet with SB19’s Pablo, igniting even more cheers. Meanwhile, the P-Pop girl power lineup of BINI, G22, and KAIA had the arena shaking with their joint performances, including a viral dance-off during BINI’s hit ‘Shagidi.’

G22’s set took an emotional turn when Yeng Constantino appeared onstage to sing ‘Salamat’ with the group. Known as the Grand Star Dreamer of ‘Pinoy Dream Academy’s’ inaugural season, Yeng brought her unmistakable energy and voice to the stage, winning the hearts of new fans and longtime supporters alike.

The event also featured strong sets from Skusta Clee, Flow G, and SunKissed Lola, with musical diversity ranging from rap to rock and pop. Influencers, celebrities, and fans from across the Philippines—and even other countries in Asia and the UAE—gathered to celebrate the strength of Filipino music and artistry.
First launched in 2024 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum with the theme ‘Nasa Atin ang Panalo’, the concert’s resounding success pushed Puregold to expand the event this year to the 55,000-capacity Philippine Arena. According to Festival and Publicity Director Chris Cahilig, they closed off both far ends of the venue to ensure a better viewing experience.

Concertgoers were treated to a VIP experience, complete with a soundcheck party and freebies from top national brands. The event was made even more accessible through nationwide ticket redemption programs that drew fans from Luzon to Mindanao.
“Puregold is about building meaningful experiences for the communities we serve,” said Piedad. “And what better way to connect with our customers than through music that reflects our identity and shared pride as Filipinos.”
As the final notes faded and the lights dimmed, fans were already asking one question: Where will OPM Con 2026 be held?
