After weeks of speculation surrounding their rumored falling-out, Vice Ganda and MC Muah Calaquian have seemingly rekindled their friendship—sparking cheers from fans and their fellow comedians.

On Friday, July 11, photos of Vice and MC together at the VICE Comedy Club in Quezon City were shared online by their close friends and fellow performers, including ‘Drag Race Philippines’ alum Lady Morgana Perez, Tammy Brown, and Pepay Aguilar.
Lady Morgana, who performed that evening, posted a backstage photo with Vice and MC, captioned: “Celebrating full of Love and happiness! Dalaygon ikaw o diyos na makakagahum sa tanan!”
Tammy Brown shared another photo of the reunited pair, writing: “Nag-uumapaw ngayong gabi ng pagmamahal at sobrang masayang-masaya kaming lahat. Mahal na mahal namen kayong dalawa Meme Vice Ganda & Kuya MC Muah Calaquian ❤️ LOVE.. LOVE.. LOVE ❤️”
Pepay Aguilar echoed the sentiment on Facebook, saying: “This was taken kagabi, VICE Comedy Club, July 11, 2025. Sabi ko sa inyo eh, matagal nang MAGKAKAIBIGAN ‘yan. MAGKAKATAMPUHAN pero hindi MAG-IIWANAN. Natameme ka ano? BWAK BWAK BWAK BWAK BWAK. Alis ka d’yan.”
The warm reactions from their circle of comedian friends and the unfiltered joy of the crowd fueled excitement across social media, with many netizens celebrating what appears to be the reconciliation of two of the Philippines’ most beloved comic personalities.
The reunion comes after the viral tension between the two, which stemmed from Vice Ganda’s YouTube vlog ‘Gandang Gabi Veks in Palawan’ released in May. The video included an emotional open forum during a beach getaway, where Vice openly called out MC for allegedly being difficult to get along with. The moment left MC emotional, but ended with a hug between the two.
Following the vlog’s release, fans noticed MC and his comedy partner Lassy Marquez were no longer appearing on ‘It’s Showtime’ or performing at the VICE Comedy Club—fueling speculation of a deeper rift.
However, their recent public appearance together, complete with playful banter and smiles, suggests that any rift may now be resolved.
With no official statement yet from either Vice or MC, fans are holding on to the hope that this reunion marks a full-circle moment of forgiveness, laughter, and lasting friendship.
