Celebrity lawyer Joji Alonso revealed Thursday night that her clients, P-pop girl group BINI, have filed a legal complaint against an undisclosed party.

In an Instagram Story, Alonso posted a cropped image of what appeared to be the first page of the complaint, listing BINI — composed of members Gwen, Aiah, Sheena, Mikha, Maloi, Jhoanna, Stacey, and Colet — as the complainants.
She did not name the respondent nor disclose the nature of the case.
While details remain under wraps, the filing comes after weeks of mounting online harassment targeting the group. BINI has faced intense criticism on social media following a viral clip of them rating Filipino street foods, and more recently, from controversial remarks made by social media personality Christian “Xian” Gaza.
In a Facebook post, Gaza made sexually explicit statements about an unnamed BINI member, insinuating promiscuity and making comparisons to other public figures.
His remarks drew widespread condemnation, with many accusing him of harassment and character assassination. Gaza later posted additional messages, teasing the identity of the member in question while promoting his vertical series Loverboi on CinePop.
BINI, known for P-pop hits such as ‘Pantropiko’, ‘Salamin Salamin’, and ‘Cherry on Top’, has yet to release an official statement on either the legal action or the harassment they have faced.
