“Hindi pa kami… pero excited ako mapunta doon sa point na liligawan ko siya.”
That was the honest confession of ‘Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition’ alum Dustin Yu in a recent interview with Ogie Diaz, where he opened up about his blossoming relationship with actress Bianca de Vera.
While fans of the DustBi tandem are already rooting for them to become a real-life couple, Dustin clarified that they aren’t officially together—at least not yet.
“Ayoko lang talaga mawala ‘yung nabuo namin sa loob ng Bahay ni Kuya… wala pang label,” he explained.
Despite not having a formal status, Dustin said he’s completely focused on Bianca, even brushing off other girls because, as he put it, “happy na ako kay Bianca.”
More than just an on-screen pairing, Dustin stressed that his feelings for the Kapamilya actress are genuine and not a product of a love team narrative.
“To be honest, super rare for me makakita ng ganung tao kagaya ni Bianca. So hindi ko na rin sasayangin… super happy talaga ako ‘pag kasama ko siya.”
He added, “Sobrang bait rin talagang tao ni Bianca, sobrang talino. Never ako na-bored kapag kausap siya… dami kong napupulot na knowledge.”
The actor also revealed that he’s already met Bianca’s parents and that her father advised him to take care of her and never hurt her.
While they’re taking things slow romantically, Dustin is hopeful for their professional future together. He shared that there are ongoing talks about a potential series featuring the two.
“May chance naman daw since ‘PBB’ nga nangyari, so siguro may chance din na mag-collab ulit ng project. Meron naman series daw,” Dustin teased.
Their appearance together at the GMA Gala 2025 last Saturday only fueled more excitement, as the pair arrived hand-in-hand, met with loud cheers from fans. The event marked their first major red-carpet moment as a duo, solidifying the buzz around their team-up—even across networks, with Dustin being a Kapuso and Bianca a Kapamilya.
“Sobrang suwerte ko na nandyan si Bianca talaga,” Dustin said with a smile.
