Thousands of aspiring and seasoned food entrepreneurs gathered at the SMX Convention Center Manila for the Easy Brand Food and Beverage Fair 2025 – Season 3, a one-day culinary business event that showcased premium ingredients, live demos, and expert mentorship for local MSMEs.
Organized by Top Chefs Food Supplies Inc., this year’s fair saw a record-breaking turnout of more than 8,000 participants, far surpassing its initial projection of 4,000. The event, held at Function Rooms 1 and 2 of SMX, brought together 11 brand partners and a robust lineup of celebrity chefs, food industry leaders, and Easy Brand ambassadors.
“Kaya tayo may ganitong event is gusto ko talagang i-showcase and ma-highlight ang lahat ng products,” said Mark Wang, Easy Brand Founder and President. “With Easy, di kelangan mahal para maging quality.”
Celebrity guest Matteo Guidicelli, a food enthusiast and entrepreneur himself, officially opened the event alongside culinary icon Chef Boy Logro, who energized the crowd with his trademark humor and encouragement.
“What’s inspiring is that Easy Brand is a local Filipino brand… very easy, very good quality,” Guidicelli said during his opening remarks.
“Partner with trusted suppliers. It is very important to have a trusted, quality, and credible supplier… Easy is new and a trusted brand,” he added.
“You can do what you really want as long as you have your Easy Pro Brand… You’ll never go wrong with your business,” added Chef Boy Logro.
Now in its third year, the Easy Brand Food and Beverage Fair stands out for its interactive and educational format. Attendees weren’t just passive spectators—they actively joined free hands-on training sessions, live cooking and beverage demos, and taste tests of products ranging from:
- Premium food sauces and savory powder mixes
- Non-dairy whipping creams
- Specialty coffee beans and jellies
- Milk tea and frappe bases
- Cheese sauce dips and syrups
- Soft-serve ice cream mixes
Among the latest products introduced were the Easy Whipmate, Signature Coffee Beans from Atok and Tublay, Yuzu Flavored Syrup, and the crowd-favorite Easy Signature Coffee Jelly.
Guests were also treated to competitions like the Easy Culinary Cup, Spirited Conversations: Beverage Competition, Espresso Yourself, and Whipmate to Perfection. The much-anticipated Sparkle and Shine Cake Creation Contest (Season 5) brought out some of the most creative dessert designs of the day.
Easy Brand ambassadors Chef Zhe Jacinto, Chef CJ Dy, and Chef Bam Piencenaves also led sessions throughout the fair, offering insights on flavor trends, cost-effective operations, and food styling.
The fair served as a one-stop-shop for practical business guidance, premium ingredient sourcing, and access to training—all offered free of charge. With many MSMEs still navigating post-pandemic recovery, Easy Brand’s commitment to affordability and quality remains its strongest draw.
“This event really helps you understand what products are out there to make your food business faster and easier to manage,” said one food entrepreneur who attended. “Lasang panalo, and it’s worth the trip.”
After the successful Manila leg, Easy Brand is now set to bring the Food and Beverage Fair to Cebu for the very first time in 2026, in line with its mission to support more entrepreneurs nationwide.
