For the third consecutive year, the ‘It’s Showtime’ family made a grand appearance at the GMA Gala 2025, led by no less than Vice Ganda.
Joining Vice on the red carpet were Anne Curtis, Ogie Alcasid, Ryan Bang, Jhong Hilario, Darren Espanto, and Cianne Dominguez—all warmly welcomed by excited fans who cheered for the group from the moment they entered the hotel to their red carpet walk.
Anne wowed in a rhinestone-studded jersey dress from Alaïa’s Spring 2024 collection, while Vice Ganda made a statement in a regal blue gown designed by Paul Cabral.
Anne shared her joy at attending the event: “Always looking forward to be reunited with my friends from GMA, and of course, Showtime is on GMA, so we’re able to bond with a lot of Kapuso stars. It’s a great way for Kapuso and Kapamilya stars to collaborate and become friends.”

Vice echoed the sentiment, adding: “And this is also our way of expressing our gratitude to GMA and to all the Kapusos.”
While the ‘It’s Showtime’ team was a crowd favorite, a few familiar faces were notably absent. Kim Chiu, Karylle, and Amy Perez missed this year’s gala, as did Vhong Navarro, who attended in 2024. Fans speculated that Kim was taping in Cebu, while Ion Perez and Jackie Gonzaga were said to be performing at a regional event.
Despite the absences, the ‘It’s Showtime’ delegation remained a highlight of the night, even closing the gala program. Their presence drew some of the loudest cheers of the evening, cementing their status as fan favorites and signaling continued unity and goodwill between Kapamilya and Kapuso stars.
